We begin with a meditation/invocation, followed by a definition and experience of Reiki's Divinely Guided Life Energy. Then we take turns giving and receiving Reiki energy, one person on the massage table while the rest of us gather around, beaming joyful Reiki energy. Though it's a massage table, everyone's fully clothed.
It's a fun way to experience and share the sweet, deep, healing energy of Reiki. Hope to see you there!
